Sunset , 8 / 6 / 2010

Yesterday evening i ventured out to take some pictures of the sunset and for once i got some really good ones ! ;-)
They're called "corpuscular rays" !
The first one was even shown on our local Tv station during the weather segment !

Sunset , 08 / 03 / 2010

I went to the store last night and silly ol' me forgot to take my camera with me so i missed out on a great opportunity to take some really nice picture of a really beautiful sunset ! *sigh*
I did manage to take these pictures after i got home though ! :)

Hot ! Hot ! Hot !

Weather wise it has been quiet lately unless you count hot and dry (Humidity is coming back as we speak though) weather as exciting then you're probably on cloud 9 right now ! ;-)

Thunderstorm , Saturday ,July 24th , 2010

Here a few pictures i took of a severe warned thunderstorm that BLEW through earlier tonight ! I did go inside once the lightning started ! I always intend to get some pictures of lightning strikes but i always chicken out ! ;-)
This storm had some very strong winds and lot's of lightning with it ! It blew our daughters plastic chairs around and also knocked down a bunch of (small) tree limbs and branches !

Just some random pictures

Here are just a few random pictures ! Weatherwise it has been quite and boring here lately and way too hot ! We rarely go outside anymore ! We did today and what do i find slithering around in a small tree - Snakes ! TWO of them ! Yikes !!!! I ain't going back out there anytime soon ! ;-)
